Dr. Trumble has streamlined and consolidated all the pieces required to provide comprehensive orthopaedic care. After much consideration, I have decided to retire and close Bellevue Hand Surgery. This was not an easy decision, but it comes with deep appreciation for the opportunity to serve this community and help so many wonderful patients over the years.

 

I understand this may come as unexpected news, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this transition may cause. My team and I are committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you.

 

Important Dates & Next Steps

  • Last Day for New Patients – As of February 1st, 2025, I will no longer be accepting new patients.
  • Ongoing Care for Current Patients – I will continue to provide post-operative care until your recovery is complete.
  • Medical Records – If you need a copy of your medical records or wish to have them transferred to another provider, please fill out and mail the Medical Records Request Form found on our website.
  • Referrals – If you are looking for an orthopedic hand surgeon, I recommend the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, which offers a directory of specialists in your area.

I am very grateful I was recommended to Doctor Trumble for my acute hand injury. Time was definitely of the essence and luckily he was able to operate on me the day after he saw me. Having a hand surgery (or hand injury in general) is not a pleasant experience, but having a knowledgeable and friendly staff helps the situation become bearable. Everyone from the front desk staff, PAs, MAs, and therapists have been patient and professional. Thanks to all of them, I have a chance at a full recovery.

Dr Trumble is the best hand surgeon in our area in my opinion. After 3 bad surgeries on my left wrist by other surgeons, I found Dr Trumble. He’d been rated top hand surgeon in Seattle magazine so I decided to try him. So glad I did. He fixed my wrist. All the pain went away. Now, several years later, my other wrist is worn out. I’m scheduled for surgery with Dr Trumble at the beginning of next month. Very confident I’ve made the right decision and have picked the right guy.

Dr. Trumble is very caring. You can tell that he loves his work. He is an excellent surgeon. He has done two surgeries on my wrist and hand. He personally called me after I was home from my surgery to see how I was doing. His staff is wonderful. He has a big heart.

My surgical experience with Dr.Trumble was excellent from the first appointment. I was very impressed by his staff and their care. I felt very cared for on the day of surgery with each staff member attuning to my needs. Dr. Trumble even called me later that night to make sure I was doing alright post-surgery, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. If I ever need surgery on upper extremities, Dr. Trumble will 100% be the surgeon I go to.

He doesn’t turned any body downtown even if you have and L&i Claim, his staff is well train very knowledgeable and attentive even when his not in the office, they can help you with all you’e paperwork for L&I.
